A packing and delivery charge will be added to your total order:
£5.00 - orders up to £45; £10.00 - orders up tp £150; £15.00 - orders over £150
We pack very carefully and use a courier service to avoid breakages and losses. If you live in Bristol or Gloucestershire you may be able to collect your order or pay a reduced delivery charge; please contact us for details before ordering online. Please allow 3-10 days for your order to arrive. Deliveries are made within working hours and will require a signature. Next day delivery may be possible, if requested before completing your order.

Click on the ‘add to shopping basket’ button next to your chosen product and your debit/credit card payment will be processed by PayPal (a secure online payment service). You will receive a Confirmation of Payment e-mail and we will also e-mail you when your order has dispatched. If 2 customers purchase the same hamper or cake stand at the same time the first order on our system will be accepted. We will update the second customer by email as quickly as possible.
If overseas, please contact us before placing any order. Our prices are in Pounds Sterling and are payable only in this currency.

Call us on 01275 392631 to reserve your order and to arrange payment by debit/credit card (via Paypal). You can pay by cheque from a UK account but please allow 5-10 working days for clearance of funds before despatch.
Privacy and Security
If you choose to pay with PayPal you are choosing one of the safest ways to pay online. We will never even see your financial details and you will be extensively protected against unauthorized payments. There is no extra cost to you. We will use your information to process your order but we wont share your details or e-mail address with any third party.
Please contact us before making a return. You have the right to cancel your order within 7 days of ordering/receipt of goods (whichever is longer) but we will accept the return of unused and undamaged goods within 14 days of dispatch for a full refund or exchange (statutory rights not affected). However, we regret that we are not responsible for delivery or return costs. If you return an order please send it by courier and retain proof of dispatch as we are only responsible for the item when we receive it.

Hamper and Cake Stand terms and conditions
Sometimes we may use items of tableware or vintage fabric in more than one hamper or cake stand but always in combination with different pieces to ensure that each one really is a one-off. Vintage does mean there may be some signs of age or wear but we think this only adds to the charm. However china will not be cracked, chipped or stained (unless there's something we just couldn't resist including and then we will, of course, describe the defect - which will only be very very minor). Fabrics will have no tears or stains. While we make every effort to reproduce the exact colours of the products and their contents, there may be slight variations according to your computer screen.
The hampers are hand-woven from sustainably farmed European full reed willow. The hampers are fitted out with naturally tanned West Country leather straps and the backboards are fabric-covered European birch ply. Interiors are lined with hand-washable vintage fabrics. In the hampers all of the china we use is vintage, as is the cutlery and the lining fabrics. The tablecloths and napkins are either vintage or made from vintage fabric. We also include modern Duralex toughened-glass tumblers; acrylic champagne flutes; hands-free wine glass holders; a wine bottle stopper and a corkscrew/waiter’s friend.
We also offer a bespoke service where we will make a hamper to your specifications. We will send you photos of what your hamper could include until we come up with your ideal combination. These are not included in our returns policy, and cannot be returned or refunded, due to their custom nature.
